No, but TM translations are permanent. Month 1 might use 50,000 characters. By month 6, you might only need 1,000 — TM serves the rest from cache.
Characters = new translations through providers. TM lookups = cached translations from memory. TM lookups are always unlimited and free.
Yes, anytime. Your TM data is always preserved. If your TM covers most translations, Free plan might be enough!
They charge per word, every month. We charge per NEW translation only. As TM grows, your costs approach zero.
